2013 was one hell of a year. I grew tremendously both as a person and as an artist, and I had the opportunity to travel to more places than I had ever hoped and to experience more than I could have imagined. I worked hard to refine my voice as a photographer and storyteller, while also listening to that part of me that tells me to just step back and experience the moment. I grew even as I realize I have a long, long road ahead of me to tell stories how I’d like them to be told. To every person who allowed me to play a small role in their life this year, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait for 2014 and the potential it holds.
I met Ben and Yoomi in DUMBO and Brooklyn Bridge Park for their engagement session on a windy fall day. We managed to soak up some of that gorgeous autumn light and got treated to a rad sunset. I’m pumped for their wedding in the Hudson Valley at the beautiful Benmarl Winery.

Erin & Brad’s artistic Brooklyn wedding was, to put it mildly, an absolute blast to shoot and be a part of. They got married at the newly-renovated 501 Union, a totally rad warehouse-style event space originally constructed in 1916 to restore classic cars. These two were incredibly laid back, and were down to shoot some portraits at the Brooklyn Bridge promenade and a few other iconic locations in DUMBO. Big props to Jesse for having me out to shoot. Without further ado, here is the story of E&B’s stylish wedding day.
