In the wake of Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan), the Philippines has been devastated. It was one of the worst typhoons on record, roughly three times the size of Hurricane Katrina, and by current estimates has left 10,000+ dead and 500,000 displaced or homeless.
In light of this incredible tragedy, I am partnering with a few friends – Encarnacion Photography, ever ours, Utterly Engaged, and Shoda Love – to try to raise funds to directly help victims of this terrible tragedy. I am offering portrait sessions – couples and families – at a nearly 60% discount from now until November 24, 2013. These sessions can be redeemed at any time between now and June 1, 2014. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to ShelterBox to provide emergency shelter and lifesaving supplies to these victims. If you can’t make use of a portrait session, please consider donating directly via For Philippines With Love, created by two amazing bloggers, ever ours and Utterly Engaged.
30-minute mini-session – $125: includes 10-20 edited digital images and online slideshow
1-hour portrait session – $250: includes 25-50 edited digital images and online slideshow
