FAQ
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
That’s a loaded question. I’d describe my work as a mix of photojournalistic and documentary, with an emphasis on capturing moments. I’m a laid back guy, so I’ll be blending into the background capturing the major moments and the in-between – a quiet moment with a close family member, that tear your dad said he’d never shed, you name it. I want to make you as comfortable as possible while artfully documenting one of the best days of your life.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
A 50% non-refundable retainer with the balance due a month before your wedding date. I accept checks, credit cards, and high fives. You can inquire using the contact form above or by emailing me at info@brianfurbush.com.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Heck yes! Domestic or international, elopement or wedding, I’m happy to design an individualized package to meet whatever you need to make your day the best it can be.
CAN I PRINT MY OWN PHOTOS?
All of my packages come with a personal license, which allows you to print your photos yourself – you’re free to print the images however you’d like! And even better, all of your images can be purchased through your online gallery upon delivery – no hassles, no worries.
BUT I’VE NEVER BEEN IN FRONT OF A CAMERA BEFORE – WHAT IF I’M AWKWARD?
Technically not a question, but it’s a concern that I hear a lot. My style of shooting is geared toward making you feel comfortable and focusing on the two of you just being yourselves. No awkward forced poses – just you and the person you love being genuine and awesome.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
I don’t put a minimum or a limit on the number of photos – as many as needed to capture your memories. I typically deliver 400-600 images or more depending on the wedding.
WILL MY FAMILY BE ABLE TO GET “TRADITIONAL” SHOTS AS WELL?
Of course! We’ll go over a shot list before your wedding and we’ll iron out any family portraits you’d like to have.
